Traded value of real estate sales contracts rose by 15.4 percent to OMR728.5 million by the end of July 2025
The total value of real estate traded in the Sultanate of Oman reached approximately OMR1.593 billion ($4.14 billion) by the end of July 2025. This marks a 7.9 percent decrease compared to the same period in 2024, when the value was OMR1.7302 billion ($4.5 billion).
