MSX index ends lower – Times of Oman

Muscat: The MSX index closed at 4,650.25 points, down by 0.24 per cent from the previous close. The Sharia Index ended down by 0.7 per cent at 466.89 points.

A’Saffa Foods, up 9.95 per cent, was the top gainer while Raysut Cement, down 4.43 per cent, was the top loser. Shares of HSBC Bank Oman were the most active in terms of the number of shares traded while Bank Muscat were the most active in terms of turnover.
